What this quiz explores
Most people have a familiar loop when something will not leave their head. Some rehearse conversations that have not happened, some replay ones that have, and some scan ahead for what could go wrong. Loop Signal asks about ordinary moments, like an unanswered message or a hard conversation, to reflect back which loop feels most familiar. Some people do not loop much, and the quiz has an honest result for that too.
What your result includes
You receive one of six loop styles, a secondary pull, and a question that tends to interrupt that loop. The result describes the answers you gave in this attempt. It does not measure anxiety, rumination, or any health condition.
Strength: Reflection. Possible growing edge: Stuck on rewind.
What would I tell a friend who did exactly this?An example from the quiz, not a result about you.
A question to take with you
Think of the last thing that kept coming back. Which loop was it, and what did it seem to be protecting you from? Try the question from your result the next time it starts.

Before you begin
Is this an anxiety or OCD test?
No. Loop Signal is an informal reflection on everyday thinking habits. It is not a diagnostic or clinically validated assessment and cannot tell you whether you have anxiety, OCD, or any other condition. If repetitive thoughts are distressing or getting in the way of daily life, a qualified professional can help.
What if I do not really overthink?
Then you may get the Settler result. It is a real result, not a failure to find your loop. Most people recognize parts of several loops in different situations.
Do I need to sign up or share my result?
No. You can take the quiz and read the result without an account or sharing it. Sharing is optional. A result on this device is not a confirmed account save; only rely on saving when the result screen explicitly confirms it.
For reflection and entertainment. Not a diagnosis or a scientifically validated assessment. Your experience can disagree with the interpretation.
